Problems with S and J Hardware?

So, I just jailed a Mossberg 590A1 (model 51411), and one of the only mods I wanted to make to it was to install an S and J Hardware +2 mag extension, and bring my shotgun up to a 7+1 capacity.

The extension itself is very well reviewed. However, I ordered the thing more than three weeks ago, and haven't heard word one from them since. I sent one e-mail, and almost immediately received a response saying "I'll look into it on Monday". I sent another on Wednesday, after receiving no follow-up, and just sent a third e-mail threatening to call my credit card company on the 17th (four weeks from when I placed the order).

Overall, I am NOT pleased with this company. I know international shipping is risky and can take a while, but just give me SOME assurance that you've even shipped the thing!

Has anyone else had issues with them?

I placed an order with them for an 870 bayonet mounting kit a year ago and my card was never charged. I waited a few weeks but when i emailed them asking the status of my order i basically got a runaround response saying my card was charged and it would be shipping out shortly despite me telling them the charge does not appear. Waited another week and nothing. Emailed them again and got no response. Cancel your order and get your money back. Look for the extension somewhere else.

I had some issues with them but after a couple of calls, I got it worked out. Nice enough guy I spoke with, I don't recall his name, but he seemed very much in a hurry. Perhaps they succeeded too quickly and are in a bit over their head when it comes to production.
