OK here's the story I have a Remington 870 that I want to put ghost ring sights on. I have a Mossberg 930 SPX that came with ghost ring sights. I swapped a JM pro ribbed barrel for the 930 already so the stock 18" 930 barrel was not being used. Long story short, I took sights from 930 barrel and receiver and put them on the 870. Drilled and tapped receiver for the Mossberg rail and rear sight. Low temperature silver solder on front sight. I never soldered before so I hope it stays on. Turned out pretty good. Sorry no pics during process, got tunnel vision and didn't think about it.
