    DIY Kydex Side Saddle/Shell Card

This one is pretty much just a first run. I built the form to create a 6-shell card, but I only have 12" sheets of kydex right now. 12" is just enough to make a 4-shell.

The loops are .060" kydex with a spot of the fuzzy side of velcro inside for holding friction. The backing card is .125".

You mind posting some up close pics? And some of the back? I would love to make one of these for myself.

Details on the jig would be awesome as well (unless it's going to become a trade secret or something)

              Yeah, that's it.

It's just some dowels and steel rods into 2x2s. Not shown is there's a back portion that screws on to hold the flat backing against the looped strip and act as a drill guide for all the mounting holes.

Here's a couple closer pics of the card.

It's pretty rough, i know. On my holsters I usually buff the edges, but I wanted to knock this one out to see if it was even viable using this build method. I just knocked the burrs off and called it good.

Friends and co-workers mostly. I've pretty much made something for every gun owner my wife and I know. Haven't made any sheaths or holsters in a while, tho. Saturated the market, so to speak.
