For a pump shotgun, as long as magazine capacity is no more than 10 and shortest fireable length is at least 26" you're legal.

Hey thanks alot for confirming we were ok. We got the gun on GunBroker after seeing a utube video comparing the 590 vs remi 870..the shooter liked the 590 all the way around better!! We already ordered the tacstar forgrip for better control.
