I've been looking for a pre-1973 Ithaca 37 or similar that'll slam fire. Someone on another forum has a Brolin Arms clone of one that he'd sell me fairly cheap, but he doesn't know if it'll slam fire in the way I want. I want slam fire just as a toy, this isn't intended to be used for anything serious - I have other tools for that.
Does anyone have experience with Brolin Arms guns in general? How about with their Ithaca 37 clone specifically? Are they decent guns? Fit and finish aren't too important to me on this as long as it works. Are they pre-73 or post-73 replicas (meaning will they slam fire)? If post, is a conversion feasible? What's a reasonable price?
