Anyone have any opinions or used an ATI over-under shotgun? They look good in pictures, but haven't seen one in real life. The price is quite low, a few reviews seem they are OK. Are there any in stock in the bay area?

ATI, IMO, is the JC Whitney of weapons...along the same lines as TAPCO, save TAPCO doesn't produce weapons, only "accessories".
I would not touch an ATI weapon with a 10-foot pole.
The price is "quite low" for a reason.True wealth is time. Time to enjoy life.
Life's journey is not to arrive safely in a well preserved body, but rather to slide in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "holy schit...what a ride"!!

The "reason" the price is so low is because the shotguns are made in Turkey. Just like how the Berretta Couger went from a $600 pistol to a $300 one, when Stogger bought the machinery and moved it to Turkey.
Turkish gun makers have been making weapons since WELL before America was even a country. Turkish shotguns are highly thought of in the UK where they are quite popular due to the Euro exchange rate.
All of the Escort line of shotguns are made in Turkay and even Mossberg thinks they are good enough to rebadge one to fill their 20G semi-auto niche.
While I haven't dealt with their O/Us, I do have the ATI semi-auto 12G and am quite pleased with itComment

Yes I see your point, a Maverick 88 is a much better weapon.Originally posted by VertigofirearmsLife is too short to be shooting Turkish guns.
