    Wingmaster dressing one express

I have a 870 express I haven't shot much since I got a 1100. I wanted to spruce up the express so I scored a very nice set of wingmaster furniture ($26 no bad huh). I also wanted to get a nice polished wingmaster bolt to replace the black express bolt. I know the stocks will fit, but will there be any issues with the bolt? Thanks in advance.

Same breech bolt in every 12ga 870 except for finish. This is because there is only one 870 and they are all the exact same gun except for finish and furniture.

If you're going to a gun fight, take a shotgun. If you can't take a shotgun, don't go.

I like the idea of the Wingmaster wood(don't like firewood on my guns) but replacing the bolt is just a waste of money (in my opinion anyway).
If it were me I'd just give a good coat of oil and leave it alone?? (the bolt that is..........not the wood )

        b.thomas....
Yea your right, changing bolt is in a way a waste. The one in the express is perfectly fine. I wasn't planning on paying a lot for a wingmaster bolt. If I can get it for a steal like the furniture, I figured why not. This shotgun will probably go to daughter or wife. One will get spruced up express the other will get 20ga wingmaster to shoot trap with.
