    Mossberg Vang Comp

    Brought home a Mossberg 590 Vang Comp today... It was a BD gift from my son and GF...looking forward to ging it a go!

          Well we will see about that.... I am looking for some new wood furniture....at this point I am not too concerned...

              The Vang Comp makes a lot of sense on older guns and guns without screw in chokes.


              I have seen some that shoot more akin to a rifle with all 9 pellets placed in an A zone at 25 yards.
              Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

              Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

              Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

              Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

                  If Hans Vang has worked on it, it's good to go. But that's just my opinion.

                      You're going to want an oversized safety switch (several options exist) and probably a Shoten Armory extended slide release lever.
