Shooting Wolf 2 3/4" Rifled Slugs

i love my 590, out of all my guns it gets the most looks of envy and amazement at the range

Shoot some other shotguns it's pretty not to go up from the Mossberg.

Nothing wrong with the Mossbergs, great shotguns, reliable . . . my first shotgun was a 500, I still have it.

If you've got a longer barrel, someday you'll have to go up to Oak Tree and shoot trap or skeet with it. There's nothing like dusting a few birds in a row.

You were only shooting at 25 yards max (and probably more like 5-10 yds). They won't be accurate at distance out of an 18.5" smooth bore shotgun.

"Accuracy" is a relative term. For some, hitting the paper (or intended target) is good enough. For others, consistantly shooting sub moa at 1000 yards is only the start.

I did it at 10 , 15 and 20.

and by accuarate i meant i expected more deviation. i only missed once aiming for the head, the slug went over "his" head.

What kind of groups were you getting? I'd say 4" offhand at 25 yards is plenty accurate for a smooth bore shotgun.
