The shooter himself posted in Shotgunworld.com, as it turned out, that drop-leg shell carrier is custom made. See here: http://shotgunworld.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=394403

It looks like a couple of shotgun box magazine taped together and modified for quick release of the shell. I wonder if anyone else had tried the same thing or not. I think it is something like this:
