Wait, you bought a 1951 Wingmaster (awesome! btw) and it had the plug in it? I'm guessing that the LGS suck the plug in there, or was it the previous owner?

My Big5 Mossberg 500 had the plug as well.

Remember to dial 1 before 911.

Forget about stopping power. If you can't hit it, you can't stop it.

    There. Are. Four. Lights!

***Update*** Cleaned EVERYTHING on the shotgun and now it's working great! No wooden dowel and now a delicious 5+1 capacity! Thanks again to everyone for the info and advice!

@ Lead Waster.....Thanks I love this shotgun! I bought it off another calguns member for a great deal and the plug was already in it. It's in great shape for being a first year production!
