I'm considering my first shotgun...
Whether I should get a FN TPS or a 870...
I am really not familiar with all the in&outs of shotguns...
I think I'll try to use this shotgun for both tactical shooting sport(ie. IPSC 3 guns) and try to shoot some sporting clays. And I do understand they are very diff sport, but I just want a shotgun to start, I don't need the "perfect" shotgun for each of these sport yet.
I think I want to be able to get the most flexible one that I can shoot buckshots, slugs as well as regular shot loads.
I think the good thing about the TPS is that I can use my AR accessories... and it comes with a ported barrel (is this similar to vang-comp?)
And for the 870, I think for an 870, I have many choices of configuration, I can pick one with pistol grip, or, I can just pick one without it(there is no way to make the TPS use a regular rifle stock, right?)
