    mossberg barrel question

    hey guys, i have an old (1970's) model 500 20 guage that was my grandfathers, and now I'm passing it on to my son. i was thinking of replacing the barrel with a newer so he can hunt with steel shot. anyone know if the new model 500 barrels will work on the old 500 models?

      They should, but you can always call Mossberg and ask.
