It is a little weird how this can happen. The shells should either not go in at all, or if they go in they should load and chamber properly.

OP: Can you elaborate how this happened? What's the difference between your range and HD shell?

I can load 7 of my pmc one shot 00 bucks but i can load 8 of my hearters bird shot. With the 00 the last round is tight but functions just fine. I just became retarded and loaded one more then i should have, it went in the tube tight but it just wouldn't chamber.

Im almost positive you just need to "lift" up on the shell and wiggle it around since it gets hung up, my M88 does it and its not a big problem at all. Or, Press the shell back into the tube with your finger while holding it take another finer press in the shell catch or whatever the piece is called that holds the shell in and let the spring push it out and it will probably jar lose

Take off the end cap and push with a cleaning rod.

Yup

One can hold down the slide release and but stroke the gun to the ground
The extra impact can run the action and clear a jam.

This is hard on the gun and should be avoided unless your life is at risk.

If you cannot push the shell in all the way nor tickle it out, then sticking a rod down into the mag tube from the top or pushing out the pins holding the trigger group works.
