    Choke Q

    Is extra full the same as a Turkey choke ? if not , is there enough of a difference to matter ?

    yes it is.....There are others , tons of others! Patterning your choke is always a good way to see what it does with the load you will be using.

      Turkey chokes are usually somewhere in the extra full or super full range. There is no real definition of turkey choke so manufacturers can make it whatever they think is best.



      Definitely pattern your gun. Sometimes fuller chokes can actually open up patterns depending on the load, and shotgun. It is possible to have too full a choke. Also patterns aren't always centered with respect to point of aim so that is another variable to take into account.
