hello all since im new to buying ammo on line, i haev a question so please do not beat me up to much... when purchasing ammo on line, what are the restrictions for Sacramento sales. i see on line where you can not sell to Sacramento, but a few of the companies on line say you can sell and shipping is no problem... i just need to know whats what.,

To my knowledge the City of Sacramento is off limits to online ammo shipping. I would call the company and verify. -

Some online vendors don't ship to certain California cities to avoid potential legal issues due to constantly shifting legal/political landscape.
If you're talking about shotgun ammunition, try laxammo.com. I don't see Sacramento listed on their list of "no shipping to" cities.
If you buy lots of ammo online, another way would be to open a mail box account with UPS in another city that doesn't have this problem, and have the ammo delivered there instead.Comment

It used to be,, and maybe still is,,, you can order ammo at walmart online or in the store and they will ship it to your local store to pick up in your name.... For the price listed on the shelf... No shipping charges...Might want to check it out if its still available...cheersComment

each site has their own restrictions. just check the site you are ordering from it will say whether they will ship to Sac or not. check out Cabella's they ship to Sac and have good pricesComment
