Just acquired a 1951 browning superposed 12ga. Anyway to tell what grade it is?? Serial number 24094. Thanks!

No way to know based on the serial without contacting browning. There were grade 1 through six in these production runs. Grade 2 has pigeons engraved on it, Grade 3 has pheasants and fighting "cocks", Grade 4 has dogs and foxes, Grade 5 has pheasants and ducks and Grade 6 has a pattern similar to later midas engraving. Most on the market are grade 1 and there's variations within that too!! Best bet is to contact browning and get a letter to determine what you really have. Good luck.
