    Ksg out there yet?

I've had a deposit for over 2 years at turners... Are there any actual quantity of these things in consumers hands? Anyone have feedback on one? Thanks

They are out there for people willing to spend over $1100 for it.
You'll going to need to wait a few more years for it to show up at it's original MSRP price range of $600.

It looks like they had raised their MSRP on it to $1100 and now reduced it back to $999. That is MSRP so you might be able to get it lower than that but looking at the prices on GB, it looks like prices right now are like $1100+.

If you go on this thread some people are finding them for $800 - $900 but most of them are not in California. It looks like the markup is coming from the reseller and not Keltec since keltec sells to distributors at one price and what the distributor or reseller sells it at is their business.

Be patient and you can get one for a price that is fair to you... recently got one and didn't have to pay gouging prices... but I will have to admit it was more luck then anything else.

WHY in the world would you wait that long on a deposit of a rather common gun.

Because the retailer isn't getting them at the price he put down a deposit for and he doesn't want to pay the $1200 on gunbroker compared to the original MSRP of $600-800.

While it's no rarity, I wouldn't really call the KSG "common" either considering the trickle that kel-tec seems to get them out the door compared to the demand(same goes for the RFB and sub2000 for that matter).

it's all relative, but imho $1100+ is too much for that shotgun.

I have a KSG and have had it for almost a year. Knowing what I do, there is no way in hell I would pay 1100+ for it! It's a fun gun but not worth that price. Just my 2 cents.

I bought a rem 870, and a bullpup unlimited conversion kit. It's not a KSG, but it is kinda cool.

Came out to about the same as the original price for the KSG, plus conversion time. Which is pretty quick and easy. I took my time and made sure it was right the first time.

Haven't been able to get out and shoot it yet, but hopefully soon.

We sold over 600 shell carriers and rails for the KSG in 2013, which is far more than we expected. These shotguns are definitely out there in some quantity.

I have a KSG and in hindsight I would never pay $1,000 for it again. It's a cool shotgun but not worth a dime over $800. $600 should really be the price. It is not a top of the line build. I'd like to see Mossberg or Remington make a dual tube shotgun. Doesnt have to be a bullpup.

that's probably why I never got mine, because I preordered when they were 800ish. If they can get 1100 then someone is filling higher margin orders. maybe I'll cancel. I sorta forgot about it and remember from time to time... Thanks for the updates.

Friend of mine also had one on order from Turners. He got tired of waiting, put his money instead on a Blackwater SPX. Got it in a week.
