Mossberg 500 double ejecting problem

I have about a 7 year old 500 combo barrel.Less than 200 rounds fired.

Last time I was shooting, it was ejecting the fired round and new round.(Only loading two at a time at the sporting clay place.)

Anything to look for?

Grab your dummy rounds and cycle the action slowly.. is your round from the tube popping on to your elevator before your chambered round is ejecting?

Only work the pump once for each round fired
