Weatherby pump opinion?

I'm going to visit Weatherby's office in Paso Robles tomorrow to let my wife check out a Weatherby semi-auto shotgun. Since I'm there I'll check out their other products.

Want to find out what's the opinion like for their pump shotguns? I like the idea of buying Weatherby since their office is here in California, within driving distance. I don't have a pump shotgun currently, been thinking of picking one up as a spare for when colleagues visit and we want to go shooting.

I don't know about the pumps but I have one of their semi's and its awesome. I've never heard anything bad about the pumps.

On the whole, most opinion on the pa 08 are pretty good. However on the weatherby forum there have been complaints on failure to eject properly, as in ejecting a shell and having it spin back into the receiver. I saw a youtube vid on a pa 08 not feeding correctly and commented about the shell carrier not coming up fast enough to line up with the chamber. I believe these are rare and isolated instances though.
