Softest recoiling and most balanced semiautomatic shotgun

For you Benelli owners, any issues with cycling 1 oz, 1145 fps target loads? I have a few friends with SBE that have had issues with light loads and was curious if other models had issues.

The lightest load I have used on mine (12g SuperSport) is the Estate Target Load, #7.5 1oz shot with 1180fps. Another light load I like to use is the Fiocchi #7.5 1oz with 1250fps.

The SBE is a 3.5" shell capable shotgun, I imagine that its recoil spring is tuned to handle much heavier loads than the 3" shotguns such as SuperSport and M2 etc.
