Big 5 Mossberg 500 Limbsaver

According to the Limbsaver website, the Mossberg 500 12-gauge uses #10200 or 10201. The Mossberg 500 I have purchased is from Big 5. It was the combo version with two barrels.

I print out the PDF template and the screw holes are off a good inch. I take off the existing recoil pad and it's way different than the template. See the pics. The photo with the template, it's hard to tell, but the right hand screw is lined up with the right hand hole. The photo of the stock shows that there are no other mounting holes...

What gives? Which is the correct Limbsaver?

yes, the limbsaver should come with an adapter plate. mount the plate onto the stock, then the limbsaver onto the plate.
