    Winchester SXP?

Winchester SXP 3" chamber 28" barrel, is this a decent gun for pheasant and possibly turkey hunting?

The SPX is a fine shotgun.

Yup -- it will shoot anything you put in it (including those mini-shotshells!)

Winchester SXP is a great shotgun, but I find I need to practice a lot to master the pump action. The gun will almost eject itself if you hold the forearm lightly. If you grasp it firmly you need to remember to stroke it. Previously I owned an auto-loader, so the learning curve is most likely harder for me.
The gun is light-weight, recoil is very manageable (unlike a 20 ga. 1300 wood stock that smacks me in the cheekbone). Cannot find much fault with any of the advertising claims...
Not sure about the mini-shells; I found a problem with feeding them.
