AOW, meet KSG. KSG, meet AOW.

Hello everyone,

Well, my KSG is finally home, and I can't get over how short and sexy this thing is! I thought, "It's not much longer than my 870 AOW"...turns out, I thought right (for once )

(AOW on top...in case anyone was confused. )

AOW holds 4+1...KSG holds 14+1. Wow...and spare me your KSG hatred. One of my all time favorite rifles is my SU-16CA, and one of my favorite carry pistols is my Kel-Tec P40.

Now what optic do I go with???

I know next to nothing about AOWs. I was under the impression that an AOW couldn't have a buttstock, or it was an SBR/SBS. With a bull pup design like that is there some determination that it doesn't have a buttstock?

Edit: never mind, I'm a retard. I thought the KSG was an AOW too. Clearly my reading comprehension needs work. Nice shotgun man.

Thanks. I've got a new set of Gen2's not doing anything, I may use those initially until I can settle on an optic.

I sure wouldn't mind having a KSG next to my 870 AOW. maybe I missed it but have you shot the KSG yet? BTW ditch that plastic birdshead and get you some wood furniture makes it look way better

I have shot a KSG, just not this one (yet).

I'm actually thinking of getting the AOW coated in OD Green...so the black furniture will probably stay. Now if I got it hot blued, I could see going walnut.
