    How about a old SxS

A.H.Fox Sterlingworth 12 ga choked I believe full/modified, 28 inch barrels lots of finish left on barrels but receiver as shown, Solid rib has two ivory beads.
Serial puts it as made in 1913.
    BTW locks up tight!!

I was going to sell this but after much thought I'm going to clean the wood up with some Murphy's oil soap maybe replace the recoil pad and give it a work out at the trap range.

You should sell it cheap to someone with 'cheese' in their name... You'll never hit anything with it at the trap range, it's not a multi thousand dollar over/under. It's got wood furniture, it's obviously no good for hunting. It's far too old to be safe and the long barrels make it worthless for home defense. It's not a semi so sporting clays is out of the question and with only two rounds and 2-3/4 inch chambers you'll never shoot a duck or a turkey. It's obviously too light so your girlfriend won't be able to handle the massive recoil of a 12 gauge firearm. Also you can't mount a light, red dot or laser to it, again that makes it useless for clearing rooms and home defense.

Best get rid of it cheap, in fact, if you were to pay me the princely sum of $20 dollars I might be convinced to dispose of it for you ASAP so you can buy something more practical like a Mossberg 500 combo from big 5.

Yeah this is what I was thinking. It's a keeper! You'll kick yourself if you sell it.

I've shot this years and years ago its a family hand me down I was going to sell a few off that have been long time safe queens, weak senior moment.
I think I'll still let the Win Mdl 40 go but keep the rest.
One thing I remember about this one being a SxS it kicks a little different more straight back at you, unlike my O/U's.

I don't blame you for wanting to keep it. I saw the ad in the Classifieds and was going to send an offer but decided to hold off for while I mowed it over.

A member here sent a PM and ask why I'd let such a old jewel go, I'm not going to touch the metal but will clean up not refinish the wood. As mentioned the recoil pad has seen better days.

I just mailed the buttstock off to have a new recoil pad installed.
I'm going to shoot this soon.
