    How do I take this bolt apart?

    Semi auto 12 guage. Tristar

    I'm guessing this retains the firing pin and needs to come out first?

    YouTube's your friend I' am sure you can find a video detailing the complete disassembly of the particular product. I did that for the 1911 to do a full strip.

          Yup... push in on the firing pin and drive that pin out... that got it.
