    sxs

Took my new Baikal mp220 20ga to the range today with different foster slugs ....at 50 yds the right barrel is poa but the left is 12" right. I understand convergence and that they probably cross at 35-40 yds.

So....what tricks do you do to help the 50yrd poa be the poi ?

      ><

What you discovered is "regulated barrels" or lack of.

One of the arts of making 2 barrel guns is getting both barrels to shoot straight. Time consuming and time is money.

All guns go bang and stuff comes out the barrel......if they were all the same, there would be no market for any others

The gun can be fixed to shoot the same POI buy installing eccentric choke tubes...basically they are cut offset to compensate for the different POI.

They would have to be custom made and "custom" is a buzz word for not cheep

You may want to try different choke tubes as they are sometimes off and not the barrel.

Hope this gave you some insight....Try some different tubes as its the least expensive route

Edit: when experimenting...place your cheek in exactly the same spot on the stock as it will effect POI

Thank you both for your thoughts ...I am currently using the supplied c choke on the right andthe ic on the left ...wondering if one could manipulate one of the chokes to encourage its path to bend ??
