Used factory examples come up from time to time on Gun Broker, Gun Auction, Guns International or Guns America. Haven't seem any new for quite some time.
You might try contacting Johnny Meadows at Camp Verde Guns. He does a lot of cowboy conversions and might have one in stock. He did the work on my Norinco 97.

Always wanted a real 97, but never wanted to save up the cash. So I bought a Norinco clone and am happy with it. Quality-wise, it does not compare to a real Winchester, but it is functional and I don't really worry about breaking anything. They come up for sale from time to time, usually at good prices. Just gotta keep your eye open.Comment

+1 for Coyote Cap...they pretty much do all the work for you to make the norinco shoot real nice."Those who hammer their guns into plows will plow for those who do not."Comment
