Recommend a set of dummy rounds

Practicing your loading technique with live ammunition is a Darwin Award in the making. I'm not that guy.

But I don't have any dummy ammo to practice with, can any of you guys rec a brand or specific product that you like for the purpose?

You can probably make a dummy round by reloading a spent shotshell with the spent primer and no powder. Just load it up with a wad and some lead.

Yup these are good and cost about $15 for a box of 25. Or for the same price you can get a box of 100 dog training poppers.

Dummy rounds chewed up from repeated extraction regardless how much you pay.

I have the remington version of the Fiocchi dummy rounds. They look basically the same, except they have a dummy/pierced primer instead of the sticker in the back. They're black oxide coated steel I think, but they feed and load like real shells. I got mine at brownells.
