Where to sell once fired hulls?

    Hi guys,
I have a lot of once fired Winchester AA hulls and since my shooting friends have switched to AA, I have more AA hulls than I can ever reload. Where is the most convenient place to sell them? Each week I'm hauling back hundreds of empty once fired hulls and I have no where to store them.

Good luck. Trap shooters may buy them.

Maybe show up in the parking lot at TBC. Me, I toss them.

Many ranges sell once fired AA hulls.

I have purchased ones from Oak tree.

Once you get to 1,000 or more I would guess that a range might make a trade with you for either clays or ammo.

Figure out what they sell used ones for and ask them for a 80% trade for clays.

Is trade $10 in value of used hulls for $8 round of clays.

There cost on clays from a material point is low. It might work out well.

      If not, eBay.

How many hulls can you fit into the flat rate large USPS box?

If you don't need them just throw them away.

You can haul home so many empty shells from one field visit. Or look at selling reloads to buddies cause the demand and profit from shot shells is pretty minimal

When you get a figure let us know. Midway had them listed at $9 a hundred, I would ask a bit less since you are getting them free.

You can't sell them on ebay any longer, they suck. GunBroker is another auction site that you can use and also get pricing for the same.

Put out a sign at the local club and sell them by the 500 quantity. They should sell well.

Or you could try other shotgun forums, or on the for sale forum here.

Check out www.trapshooters.com. There are tons of guys that will buy them if they are the correct AA hull. Winchester changed their hulls to a different style a few years ago and a lot of reloaders stopped using the Newer style AA's.

A decent price is 3 to 4 cents each plus shipping. $9/100 is insanity. You will find out a lot of trap shooters are extremely frugal type people!!,

I used to get 4 cents for once fired AA hulls at my local gun store. Peters Blue Magic were also good for that.
