    J. Stevens Mod 225 Side by Side

    J. Stevens Mod 225 12ga Side by Side

Does anyone know the value of one of these old guns? It was my Grandfathers and it appears to be older than 1920... Has rings on the barrels.

    Thanks!

I can't comment on the value, but hope you don't intend to sell an heirloom like this that was handed down. You are planning on continuing the practice and will bestow this on one of your children, right?

the rings on the barrels are indicative of damascuss,

I wouldn't fire it with modern loads.

I just don't see it like that... If I don't need it or use it, I don't see the point of keeping it, just because it belonged to a dead relative There must be something wrong with me
