    surefire 618lmg

has anyone dealt with B&H photo? i want to purchase a surefire forend for my Remington 870p but i have heard of alot of clones out there with surefire. The price from them is excellent i just dont want it to be a clone or too good to be true.

    B&H

It's been several years, but I dealt with them quite a bit for photography equipment and supplies. Wasn't even aware they handled firearms accessories. Straightforward business people who will answer questions quickly and fully. About the only glitch to their service might be that they observe traditional Jewish practices and may be closed for those observances. Look in their business profile. I highly recommend them.

They are one of, if not, the largest photo store in the world (they are like the Costco/Super Autobachs/BassProShop size store in the camera world). They have a great rapport with the photography and videography world. I am a professional photographer and have dealt with B&H many times and have been completely satisfied.

I knew they sold firearm optics, but firearms accessories is a new one to me. If they put their name behind their product, I wouldn't worry about customer satisfaction, as they ensure the customer is happy.

I got a red dot from them a few months back, it was cheap and it arrived on time. I was happy.

do you guys think the 618lmg is worth the extra money for the extra switch? or should i just go with the 618lm?

If I had to do it again I would get the lmg. Sometimes I'll activate the light when I'm racking the pump. it's nice to have the option to not have it on.

I agree as I think a regular on and off switch is easier to use than a pressure button. Now if that pressure button can be made into an on and off switch, that maybe something!

Yea I wanted the "G" variant but I wasnt willing to pay an extra 50$ for it. IDK why they all just didnt come standard like that.

Yea I know but I dont understand why they made two variants instead of just one the "lmg" on the "lm" its to easy to activate the momentary button.
