What's it like?

Trying to get my wife started with the shotgun. I've looked at pics of the pistol / rifle ranges and they look a bit too cramped for newbie comfort. Looking for somewhere where empty hulls aren't landing in my hat.

Well most local indoor ranges will be pretty cramped. I normally shoot at OnTarget in Laguna Niguel.

For more open range, outdoors is your best bet with Raahauges for more a range to shoot paper.

If you are more looking for clays and skeet, I would probably say Prado or Triple B's is your best bet.
