A friend wants his shotgun barrel cut down to 18". And a mutual friend insists that it must have a front sight or bead put back on it to be legal. I cant find anything either way. Ive never seen any mention of this, only that the barrel must exceed 18" and the min over all length kept. But nothing about a sight or bead. So Fud or not? DR
