how do u remove pressed in beaded sight on an 870 e press

Not sure if this helps, but when I installed my Trijicon sights on the 870, I shaved off the front bead using a basic Dremel tool. I don't believe that the bead is removable on the 870 Express. -
Mapp gas torch will make the silver solder flow.
Then quickly wipe it off with a damp rag.Randall Rausch
