Where is the Walmart birdshot?

To be honest I agree with the above. I called sports authority yesterday for a 30-30 ammo check and they said they have limited supplies of ammo too. They also don't sell it online which sucks imo. I know Bass pro shops does though so probably your best bet.

I still don't understand what is causing the ammo shortage. If the makers wanted to ramp up production I' am sure they could so wtf?

I was laughing at how right you were until I realized I have to beat the zombies over the head with my Benelli because I don't have any ammo for it. I shot off all my ammo and wasn't smart enough to buy any more before that idiot shot up the school. I envy the guy that has a 100 round walmart box of bird shot!

Not saying bird shot isnt good for close range home defense. But other than that and bird shooting, I wouldnt use it for anything else.

If you could only have 1 round, I would buy up all the bird shot and be good.

Heck, it is easy to turn bird shot into a slug anyways with some hot glue, wax, or paraffin. If you wanted to get more advanced, you can turn the shot into a slug with a $1 pot and $1 ladle and a $20 lee mold.

Aside from all that though, the Walmarts in my area seem to have stock on a fairly frequent basis, atleast a lot more than brass bullets. I was in there a few days ago and the 12ga was sold out, but there was a crap ton of the 100 pack Winchesters in the 20ga - atleast 20 to 30 boxes on the selves.
