Taming recoil

I have a beretta a300 , works great, I can handle the recoil, but, since I want to get my wife shooting, I would like to know if there are any ways to take the recoil on it so she can use it, suggestions please

Teach her and do the following in order listed:

1) Proper stance
If you going to use a padded shooting vest....do the following with the vest on.
2) Proper mounting the gun on the shoulder
3) Proper cheek weld and head position.
4) Modifiy the gun to fit her body type if needed

Those 4 will reduce recoil to its minmum for that gun and shell being used


Then start expermenting with lower recoil shells, pads and such

checking out a youth 391 this week for her, hell, that might fit me as well.

My wife doesn't mind the "thump". Likes to feel the power. 12ga. or .44mag - doesn't matter. The bigger the pop, the bigger the smile.
