Are there a lot of Saiga 12s in North Carolina? They're extremely rare here in Ca, and those are the Kali neutered ones.

The saiga 12 has a standard stock, so there is no need for a mmg. The mag must be locked because it is a semi auto shotgun with a detachable mag.

And you can't have a pistol grip plus a folding/collapsible stock, nor a revolving cylinder.
