Franchi Instinct L

Looking for a decent O/U and wondering if anyone has tried out the Franchi Instinct. Considering this O/U or a Beretta 686.

OP, I'm sure what Alfred is getting at is the fact that the Franchi Instinct and the Beretta 686 SP1 aren't in the same category. The Franchi is about $1,000, and the 686 is about $2,000. The Franchi is no slouch gun, and I think they've offered up a lot of solid offerings in the past. They have a very loyal fan base. They just aren't on the same level as Beretta. I'd do a search for a used Beretta 686 White Onyx. Great gun, and some really great prices to be found. You'll split the difference between the new 686 and the Instinct.

For 1k, id be looking for a used citori, or a browning bt99.
