Breaking my Mossberg 500 out of jail today

This is my very first shotgun and I'm rather excited about it.
I've been looking at this every time Big5 had their 18"/26" combo on sale and I'm just sorry I didn't do this 1 year ago when it was only $279 (paid $329).

But that aside, hoping to head out to Sunnyvale Rod & Gun this Saturday.

I've been shooting my nephew's Mossberg every time I decide to join him on the trap range but not after today.

Same here, after shooting sporting clays I had to have my own shotgun. Picking mine up tomorrow early then heading to Triple B to test her out.

Damn! I just bought a combo and I thought typical sale price was $300. $280 would have been amazing I paid $350 but I'm happy I'm about to own it so not a huge deal.

Edit: Oops, I forgot to congratulate you. Congrats! Enjoy your firearm.

I don't know why I am excited for you guys.. but I am. This is wrong. Maybe it's jealously?
I want to break something out of jail too

I think my first upgrade (when it's available) will be the Magpul stock:

There is some adjustment for LOP from 12" - 14.5". The stock Mossberg "feels" a bit too long for me so having adjustable lengths might help in the overall feel and handling down the road. And I don't really like the AR style that much but the Magpul appears to have a good purposeful look without looking too "tactical". Again, that's down the road, but anybody know when they might start selling it?

Congrats! I got mine on sale in January for $319. I just introduced myself and some co-workers to 3" slugs last week

I have a Stoeger P350 for trap. Its a fantastic gun and has never let me down. I have a just purchased a dedicated HD shotgun to supplement it.

I picked mine up at big 5 a couple weeks ago, keep an eye out for a 10 percent off coupon that doesn't exclude firearms usually around the holidays
