    Anyone use Turnbull

Sent a Remington 1889 sxs from 1900 to Turnbull for an estimate. Asking them to:
    Color case harden the receiver
    Blue the barrels
    Refinish the stocks
    Tighten the lockup

Anyone use the? Looks like they do great work...but at a price.

I used them to restore an 1895 Winchester factory deluxe carbine w/ a whole host of factory options. It ran about $4,800 for the complete restoration, but it was money well spent. I bought the rifle for $200 , and I've turned down offers of $15,000 for it. They cost a LOT of money to do the work, but their metal work is especially nice.
