How Much Do You Shoot?

On average how many rounds do you go through in all your shotgun a month?

I'm curious to compare how much shotgun shooting I do aligns with the rest of the people in the shotgun sub forum.

I want to shoot much much more.. I have a super nice Vinci Super Sport. I have not fired it since I bought it.

I need a range in my back yard so I can shoot when I'm not working.

My guess would be 250-300

Depending on how many times I go to the skeet field I usually go through a 100 pack each trip.


But with even shells being hard to come by and this inflation of gun/ammo sales I'm not sure how often ill make it out being I'm hoarding the few thousand rounds I do have. I don't like to waste more than I can replenish or buy a little more than I used up.

I shoot a flat a week unless something happens

Depends how often I'm able to get out to the range. Normally 100 rounds a trip. Mostly trap some skeet

I rarely get up to 400, but it has happened.

Until they closed our club I shot three rounds of skeet, sometimes some 5 stand every Wednesday, so averaged 600 a month.
We used to be Miramar then San Diego Shotgun sports but the EPA jerks got involved and we got shut down.

100-125 a trip each week.

I joke with my shooting buddies, if shell prices keep going up.
It might be 3xs a month.
