I took my 12 year old son to the trap range today to get some clay-time. He has been shooting about a month now and he achieved a personal best today of 19/25. I have been shooting about two or three months now and I got my third 25/25 today (woohoo!)
I took along my new Canon SLR digital camera to take some pictures of him to show the grandparents. The camera is capable of taking 5 frames per second. I held the shutter release down after he called "pull". One image in particular caught my eye. I believe a close-up of it shows the lead pellets about a two feet away from the end of the barrel...you can see a darker grey cloud in front of the smoke.
