Looking for .410 SxS

I'm looking for a good condition side by side .410, preferably in So. Ca. Not really picky about manufacture, but American is prefered. Not looking for a collector gun, just a good quality hunter gun. PM with anything you might have. Trying to make a birthday brighter :-)

Hmm I'm not sure if this will work, but can you use a tube and make a 12 gauge into a .410? It works with some over unders, idk about side by sides

Um, I'm looking for a side by side .410 as a birthday gift for my father. He's always talked about getting one. I'm not looking to mod a 12 ga. Interesting idea though, I'd not shoot it though..haha.

I've got an old .410 DB SxS that your dad would probably love. But I think that I am going to try and get $500 for it.

It's a Stevens 311a. Nothing special - accept it is an oldie but a goody. In good/pretty good shape. It's pre-serial number. So 1950's - 60's. Might be older but I am having a little bit of a time figuring that out. As a matter of fact I just posted something today in this forum looking for some help. It's stamped SXA1.

I know you said you weren't looking for a collector's item - but I thought I would share just in case.
