magazine capacity

I have a simple winchester pump action 12 ga. it only hold 2+1, can i take out the magazine block in the tube? do i need to replace it with a new block? how about legality issues I shoot rabbits thats it...

I dont know about hunting, but for security, target, etc use, YES you can take the limiter out of the tube. You can have 20rds if you can pack em all in there.

Heck its a pump action, you can put a live weasel *OR* a hollowed out ***DO on the barrel and its still legal.... I read that somewhere once

3 rounds is the max for hunting. If you aren't hunting then you can remove the limiter.
