    Mossberg customer service?

    Anybody have any luck with Mossberg customer service? I sent in some parts in December and there has been no communication since. I have emailed twice and called twice and left messages twice. What should I do?

    I sent my Mossberg 500 in last year for service. I included a letter indicating what was wrong and sent it through my LGS.

    They never replied back. I finally called and the guy looked up my serial number. As it turns out it was serviced and they were just about to mail it back to me. He gave me the tracking number and that was that.

    About a few days later I got an email back from the service center. I'd emailed them before I sent the shotgun in for service. They basically told me to call their toll free number. I think from the time I sent my email to the time I got my response was a couple weeks.

    From my experience, keep trying the service number. They don't always answer but when they do they can usually get things sorted.
    "We're still flying." "That's not much." "It's enough."

      Every time I have called there is always a 50+ minute wait time. So I leave a message and then email and still nothing. I guess I won't be buying any Mossberg product anytime soon!!
