10 round mag. Legal?

I have an akdal mka and want to buy and use the 10 round mags available but not sure if its legal.

The shotgun flow chart doesn't seem to answer this question.

Need to comply with the Fed 922r parts requirements, in order to use a 6+ round magazine in an imported semi-auto shotgun.

CA:
100% CA legal to acquire (import/manufacture/buy/sell/trade/etc) and use a 10 round shotgun magazine in a semi-auto shotgun that has a maglock.
