    backpack shotgun options

I have a mossberg that is currently set up to be 40" long
i prefer to carry my stuff in backpacks. needs to be black and shotgun complete covered for transporting

i was looking at this backpack and the price isnt too bad. i like to be able to carry my handgun and ammo as well all one backpack.
i still dont know if my shotgun will fully be hidden in this bag. anyone have this bag and can show some better features it has. other options are welcome. thank you

Winchester model 12 takedown or I think they made an 1897 takedown too.

I used to town a Model 12 take down- nice little gun. Breaks down in 2 halves in about 10 seconds.

Op, being that your local to me I think you would be interested in a bag like mine. It is a condor rifle case which can either be purchased as a single rifle or two rifle format and in the options of 36, 42 and 46 lengths. my bag is set as just a carry bag but it also had the shoulder straps which allowed me to carry it as a backpage as well. what i like most about it, is that it has a seperate section that has two additional fairly good sized pockets that are padded where i can fit aprx 4 pistols maybe more if i really tried. I think the going prices for them are avrg anywhere from 60-120 bucks depending on what kind you want. the specific one that i purchased was 70 bucks. it also comes in various colors like black(the one i have) camo, desert tan etc...

i was really considering the voodoo bags, similar to condor if it was in stock for $50 ish. since its all sold out. i decided that a backpack is what i like. i can still use it as a backpack.

Eberlestock is sweet but $$ gonna have to see if i can find one used or cheaper. i knew there was more backpack made for rifles and shotguns.

edit. after looking at the Eberlestock some more. it doesnt offer a complete enclosed case for the rifle or shotgun

I use this bag. They have various sizes... Its made by Leapers, UTG Deluxe homeland security bag... Has straps to be worn as a backpack and has a holster sewn in for a handgun and oodles amount of storage... Can get them starting around 20-80 bucks on amazon depending on your needs. I have the 40inch deluxe model. High quality. I love UTG products. I use the deluxe armorers bag to carry 2 pistols as well. here are some pics.
