    Legal Question

So I am surfing facebook and I come across a company called Black Aces Tactical and apparently they make a conversion to make shotguns magazine fed rather than tube fed and I was wondering if that is even legal to get in California and if it needs a bullet button. I plan on possibly getting it on a Remington 870 or something pump action because I know the Siaga needs a bullet button because it is semi even if they have rifled stocks. Here is a link if any of you other guys are interested. The conversion is essentially another receiver and needs to be FFL transferred in.

It is legal if installed on a (non-semi-auto) bolt-action, lever-action or pump/slide-action shotgun.
No maglock needed for non-semi-auto shotguns.
