Lol i'm so dumb. It's legal even though it has a pistol grip because the law says it's illegal if it has a pistol grip AND a folding stock. If it only has a pistol grip and no folding stock then its perfectly legal!

I haven't been keeping up with the latest (made in USA) Benelli M4 parts on the market. Does anyone know what are the latest selection of parts to making a Benelli M4 922r-complaint? Thanks much.

Freedom fighter, carrier comp, Dave's metal works - full length mag tubes, springs followers, triggers, sears, etc

Remember you must replace the whole mag tube for it to count as a part, extensions don't count

FYI-
Yesterday, Mel Cotton's in San Jose had a sign posted that the Benelli M4 is on sale for $1699. Though it is a great deal, I cannot afford it, so I did not ask if they have any in stock. However, one would think they would take the sign down if they did not have any. Give em a call.

$1699 is the standard sale price at most stores which is only $50 off standard price . It's the price I bought mine at but It's not the urgent must buy now deal of the century.

I'm glad I bought my HK/Benelli M1 back when they were less than $600.
It's been an outstanding shotgun and have nothing bad to say about it... except that another barrel will set you back about the price of a Mossberg.

Buttstock (with integral pistol grip)

Magazine body
Follower

yes, as long as it is full length

I would suggest putting your order in soon if you want one from carrier comp. rumor is that the 3-5 week wait is more realistically 8 weeks.

I believe that is correct. The tube and follower count as 2. You need one more of the other listed parts to make it legal.
